3 THINGS TO DO IN BLOOMSBURY

Bloomsbury is one of those London neighborhoods that often gets overlooked. You associate it mostly with tourists in and out of the British Museum — which, is certainly a major highlight of the area, but there’s much more! So after you spend a few hours in the Museum, here’s what else you need to see in this lush and green London borough.Bloomsbury & Paper London | the belle abroad

The Squares : Overflowing with green, the Bloomsbury area has some gorgeous squares! Russell Square is probably the most well known, the perfect spot for a summer wander. The other highlights are Tavistock and Gordon Square.

Dalloway Terrace : Within the classic Bloomsbury Hotel, sits a stunning little cafe. Dalloway Terrace is one of my favorite hideaways for an afternoon coffee with their incredible seasonal decor. It is the perfect stop all year round.

Lamb’s Conduit Street : Head to the pedestrian only section of this street to stroll through a real historic piece of London. The street is almost exclusively independent with several luxe shopping options and two Victorian pubs. I also love Knockbox Coffee for a quick cup! But if you’re after a more adult type bev, head to Noble Rot for an extensive wine selection!Bloomsbury & Paper London | the belle abroadBloomsbury & Paper London | the belle abroad Bloomsbury & Paper London | the belle abroad

For my Bloomsbury stroll, I opted for a breezy, cool number from Paper London. It’s actually a gorgeous dress but with the varying temps here in London, I paired it with some cropped pants! I love the neckline and the large scalloped detail at the hemline. The contrasting polka dots are super fun, perfect for a wander around sipping coffee! This is the most similar one available now!  My bow mules are steal version of these splurge ones!
