Lin & Lo is running a studio at the D&D Oxford Circus location and you can get your make up done to the complete the look for £29. The mineral make up brand is free from harmful ingredients and a real treat for your skin! THE DAY DATE SPLURGE : If you really want to throw some culture and elegance into your next date, head over to the National Gallery and spend a few hours perusing the greatest collection of paintings in the world and follow it up with a delicious meal at the National Cafe. The museum is free and the prices at the cafe are super reasonable for the quality of the meal and the venue. The cafe is available for breakfast and lunch, afternoon tea, and a very elegant dinner in their charming dining room…all very Instagrammable. It is the ultimate two for one when you want to impress that certain someone, or yourself! THE SHOPPING SPLURGE : One of the most popular ways to treat yourself is of course, a shopping spree! Well, this is as close to it. Head to Top Shop on Oxford Circus and visit the gorgeous Olivia Burton concession. These beautiful London designed watches are so feminine and timeless! The concession is offering free personalization–the perfect extra extravagance without the price tag. I opted for my initials while Andreea engraved “dream” — they also can do adorable hearts! THE COCKTAIL SPLURGE : Fancy afternoon cocktails is the perfect way to splurge! But in London, these often have quite the price tag. Grab a buddy and find a two for one offer so you can both enjoy the treat. If you’re opting for something more quirky and unique, my favorites in central London are Foundation in Covent Garden or make a booking to join the members’ only London Cocktail Club. Both offer great happy hour specials!

THE SIGHTSEEING SPLURGE : I never tire of seeing the London classics…especially when it’s by water! The MBNA Thames Clippers have an amazing offer for a day pass hop on hop off river boat for £16.30. You can cruise past Big Ben all the way to Tower Bridge–as many times as you’d like! It’s such a beautiful way to see the city but very practical for transportation across town!
