Hello Caroline – I just stumbled across your blog when you were nominated by ‘thegreyeye’ for the ‘Infinite Dreams Award’ my attention was caught by your bucket list for 2015 – I have been to all of these places except Stockholm, and quite a few others in Europe – I particularly love Croatia, Marakech and the Greek Isles (I have visited 11 and santorini and Skiathos are my favourites) If you make it to Monaco – go to Menton, it is a lovely quaint franco/Italian town (used to be part of Italy, so the culture mix is very evident) and take a train into Italy and go and eat home made ice-cream in the gorgeous little sea-side village of Laiguellia – happy travelling, if you come over to Paris look me up!
