Settled in the heart of Dalston, two sisters from down under (Brunswick East, to be specific) opened a cafe serving up delicious speciality coffees and seriously, seriously tasty foods. All organic, all local, all scrumptious. Read more on it here!

Best sip : the chai latte! A homemade recipe with the perfect hints of spice. Step in just for the drinks and use your Drip App…that’s how I stumbled upon this tasty spot!

Best savory : fritter stack! a tasty combo of halloumi, courgette, & corn fritters layered with rocket, avocado, beetroot relish and a fried egg. the fritter is apparently an Aussie breakfast staple…so I’m thinking I need a holiday down under with brunch every day…

Best sweets : french toast with caramelized bananas, maple bacon, homemade salted caramel ice-cream sprinkled with walnut praline….drool. this was the daily special buuuut I’m urging for it to be permanent menu item 😉 that good.

What I’m going back for : the chili poached eggs, the bacon benedict on a brick lane bagel and of course, definitely more fritters! 😉
