After touching down in Vienna, our first stop had to be champagne toasting {with a *little* food on the side!} because we were so excited to be traveling with our great college pals! The Guest House was the perfect spot for a fast but super tasty lunch before we set out to explore the city. It’s prime location also makes it easy to work into any traveler’s Vienna itinerary and I highly recommend it for your hotel accommodation while visiting the Imperial City.
Definitely start your brunch or lunch with a glass of champs…it’s the only way! The menu frequently changes at The Guest House and often features creative specials. Our menu included a delicious burrata with beetroot–so if that’s available, order away! The wiener schnitzel is a classic menu item and should definitely be tasted. Also, the Guest House makes incredible savory pancakes…ours was with ham and beetroot–so delicious!
The Guest House also offers a business lunch, a two or three course speciality menu offering a smart twist on classic favorites. Also, you can arrange for picnic hampers to take away for a relaxing, even romantic, brunch at the park! Yes, please.
