What I love about London is that there are so many little nooks and crannies…side streets opening up into quaint little courtyards, back streets that turn into newly discovered neighborhoods, stumbling off the beaten path to find little treasures in the least expected corners. We have decided that even if we spent every weekend in London alone, we could still never see it all! London is constantly evolving and with some 17,000 restaurants (& growing daily), how could we?

A few years back, I saw a brightly colored, quaint little London corner on Pinterest…Neal’s Yard. What an absolute shock and surprise to find that it is literally right off my *doorstep* (temporary doorstep…we found a flat of our own–moving day is in a few weeks!!). The real life portrait of Neal’s Yard is equally as brilliantly colored as the pictures and I would say just as indiscrete as you would expect.

I would also recommend bringing an appetite if you plan to peek in on Neal’s Yard. One word: Homeslice. A unique and delicious pizza spot with a menu of the most creative pizza combinations…we had chorizo, corn, & coriander. hmm. And they are super efficient– so don’t let a lengthy wait keep you away!
